What you should know: Sowing seeds at home is possible during every period of the year. Its purple flowers are fascinating and countless each year. The tree reaches such an age that it can be transmitted from generation to generation.
Origin: It is found mainly in Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay.
Propagation: Place the seeds overnight in tepid water to swell, and then plant them in moist soil to a depth of about 1 cm. At a temperature of 20 ° -25 ° C seeds germinate within 2 to 4 weeks.
Location / Light: For plentiful colors, sunny places and a lot of heat are perfect. From April to November it is good to put the plant in an open space facing south.
