Insert sieve bag 1 with 220 µm in fresh bucket, drain water with vegetable mass until it is green and frothy. The plant mass can still be used for a second run. Place the other sieve bag (s) in order - the finest first, then the next size, etc. - into a new bucket and slowly fill the previously drained green water and run it through the bag (s). A brown-green mud remains in the bags. Use a plastic card to scrape it off the screen and let it dry.
