The trays are produced with 100% new material of the highest quality. Over the years, the bench trays have been thoroughly tested for use with fertilizers, effects of temperature change, UV radiation and general daily wear in a modern greenhouse. Large drain channels
The 4ft x 4ft Danish Hydrotray is designed with large drain channels longitudinally and smaller drain channels across. The inside dimensions of the tray are 4ft x 4ft and include a 7 inch high sidewall.
On one side smart valve sump is included to keep roots and leaves out of the drain.
Unique design
The unique design of the drainage channels is produced in such way, that the border-effect on the sides of the bench tray is minimized by ensuring a 2 mm higher water level along the edges of the tray. The result is a very uniform culture.
The trays normally last 20 years. The advantage of High Impact Polystyrene is mainly the UV-stability. А special UV protector is also added to the topside, so the lifetime is increased as much as possible. The Danish Hydro Tray is chemical resistant and food approved.
